Sam is a highly knowledgeable, dedicated friendly individual who's keen to understand your fitness and health goals, design a pathway to reach them, and guide you there with understanding, empathy and drive. I've seen incredible results over the past year, and have been able to deal with issues while improving my strength and flexibility. You can tell how successful Sam has been given how far and wide some of his clients travel to attend his sessions! Highly recommended!

Excellence on all levels! Training is multidimensional; targets the mind as much as the body. The programming is tailored to meet you where you are in the fitness journey and every session is an eye opener into your own ability to perform at your best. I received great, friendly support with training programmes, diet and motivation. I really struggled to keep motivated but Sam really held me accountable to achieve my goals. I would definitely use Sam again to help me train and lose some weight. Thoroughly recommend

Excellent knowledge and coaching techniques in a fully equipped, convenient, clean and modern gym space. I wanted to supplement my regular gym sessions with some boxing work and correct my form that had gotten sloppy oven the years.
