Robby is the bomb! PT with him twice a week - I trust him and know that I'm in good hands, which makes all the difference. And Strength Base is a great little gym - clean, great kit, and feels welcoming.

I cannot believe the extent and level of progress I've made in each session and over the last few months in this gym, doing things I never thought possible and lifting heavier and heavier. Every session in my personal program is different. No injuries just non stop progress with a focus on technique from professionals. People can be themselves here. No mirrors just friendly local people. A lot of knowledge about the body and how it works. PT sessions are fun and always different. No queues....

Great place to train for all! Never issues getting to the equipment and the programming is amazing. Tailored for my own specific goals and I have gone from strength to strength since being there. The Olympic lifting classes are also a favourite of mine and have massively improved my technique and numbers! The community are amazing and always make sure you are welcomed and enjoy your session! Always is the best hour of my day!

Gym services and equipment are all great quality and clean. All other members are respectfully and helpful. Staff are great they use specialised and adaptive training to help you and your specific goals and needs.

Awesome gym with coaches that know their stuff. Whether you are a beginner or experienced lifter these guys can push you to the next level. I have received coaching from Ash, in just 4 weeks I have seen dramatic change and hitting goals I thought would take 6 months to achieve.
