Played the course many times in matches or as a guest always enjoy my round here although the last hole is bit of a climb

One of the most difficult courses to play in the county. Lightening fast greens steep faced bunkers and a par 3 that seems impossible to reach! Great staff throughout the clubhouse, all so helpful and friendly. A challenge worth taking on.

Its been two decades since I last played Stoneham. So many great memories came flooding back.... As always the course was well presented and the greens were superb. Did miss the parkland feel, sadly gone with so many trees removed around the fairways. However the place hasn't lost its magic. Well worth the visit.

Visited here at the weekend, wow! Stunning course which is relatively hidden! I've never played on greens so fast and running so true. The course is very well looked after making it a challenge for all handicaps and types of players. The staff and members are all friendly too making you feel welcome. Would love to play here again and will try the course again in the autumn hopefully. Thanks for having me.
