i would not even waste my breath , at first everything was going well then all of a sudden they were taking two monthly payments and requesting i gave them another payment method after realising they had been taking two payments i cancelled the signed me out of my study so my log in would not work . an still now after years have passed they are sending debt collector letter to my house . oh , yeah baring in mind that i am a single mother who was not working at the time .

You get out of it what you put into it. I can't comment on customer service as I haven't had to use it but everything else has been spot on. Distance learning requires a lot of extra effort, it isn't the easy option. You have to manage your own time, make sure your writing skills are up to scratch, and engage in your own research.

Wonderful college and you don't have to own a computer. I have completed 2 courses. Iam very impressed with their service. My tutor was very supportive. I got 2 level 3 courses. Special educational needs. And Indian head massage. Very happy. 👏🏼💕

Kind of hard to rate as mostly had very good communication with them, however now I'm almost completed have been having issues with final unit being signed off as waiting for "approval" for my tutor to make contact with me for a final discussion. Have been waiting for almost 5 months now and have sent numerous communication with nothing in return. Just feel like they just took my money and not delivering a service they promise.

Awful customer service. Signed up, money taken from bank account and kept being accused of not paying. Money has gone out monthly on time as scheduled since July and the payment link shows I am fully paid up! I now have an official letter sent demanding full payment. Haven’t even properly started the course as it’s left such a bad taste in my mouth and I strongly regret having signed up.
