I went to the stadium to work as a Steward. I was even given a tea/drink ticket. Thank you Stoke! The stadium is beautiful!

11/2 Stoke City v Hull City. Tier 2 Championship. £27 entry Played 5-3-2 1st half. Stoke has the 1st chance of the game flashing their effort across the face of the goal. Both teams evenly matched really, with neither side creating much. Ht 0-0 2nd half. Two mistakes from the Potters in quick succession gifted Hull 2 chances which they wasted. Easy to get to, good road and transport options. Good size stadium so you feel quite close to the pitch

Decent modern ground with good facilities and plenty of parking all around the ground within an easy walk however, not sure what this parking would be like for a 3pm kick-off on a Saturday? Paid £6 for parking which I thought was reasonable compared to the £15 at Reading! Horrid night weather wise but the result made it all the worthwhile!
