Stingray Swim School

I have tried to get hold of them so many times and they just do not communicate! Would hate to think what that communication would be if I actually started my kid with them. No thanks!!

Communication is awful! 4 lessons have been cancelled since my daughter started there and we were alerted to the cancellation by texts sent when we’d already left to get to the lesson! Emails aren’t answered, the communication is dire. Such a shame because the swim teachers themselves do a great job but the same cannot be said for whoever is in charge with the admin side.

Such poor communication unless you want to book lessons then you're replied to very quick. 2 lessons a life guard didn't show up I'm due a refund but emails and messages ignored its not about the money its the principal. Honestly go elsewhere.

Such a disappointment to have to post this. The poolside management is good and teachers good (although they seemed to change very frequently) however the management of the business, admin and communication has been awful. Emails and messages are not responded to without huge delay if responded to at all. I have since moved my children to a new swim school which is so much better and will continue to chase Stingray for a refund

Great first session, son absolutely loved it and hasn't stopped talking about going next week.
