Google insists I went here and yet, I didn't. I did however call them to discuss a course. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

I turned up a few minutes late for an exam. My mistake. I understand why I need to rebook. Thats fair. What I didnt expect was for the first member of staff that I met, to greet me with "What the hell do you want?" Shocking.
