Can’t recommend Steve enough, extremely informative and can accommodate to any needs you may have, making each session completely individualised to you. He’s a great laugh and makes you feel comfortable and motivated to push yourself and achieve your fitness goals. Being on hand in and out of the gym is also a great bonus and very reassuring! I would 100% Recommend Steve. My goal was to lose weight and improve my fitness. Steve gave me a meal plan, that could be adjusted to suite my lifestyle, he set out a fitness programme, and I have been meeting Steve outdoors for 40 min training sessions since January. I would 100% recommend Steve! I’m someone who has been on and off the gym for years without ever making any progress because I didn’t have any real knowledge or confidence but after 10 weeks of sessions I feel fitter, stronger and so much more confident going forwards and tackling the gym on my own. I highly recommend Steve. Having never stepped foot in a gym I was very anxious about joining. Steve made me feel very at ease and is helping to improve my confidence as well as my physique and fitness. I'm so glad I joined and I'm so glad I decided to have the PT sessions. :)
