I had two lessons with Steve during which I saw a dramatic decrease in confidence and performance. Steve readily told me about the number of times he gets rear ended during lessons & mentioned that should his initial method of teaching fail he has no other approach. He also made a pretty inappropriate joke about me being a "long term customer" when I revealed some mental health information, rather than working with it looking to cash in...disappointing. I do not believe a driving instructor...
