Been going here for almost 2 years. Best gym in Scotland bar none. Nutrition and exercise taken care of in one. Steve knows what he is doing. Loose weight, gain muscle, get fitter? Doesn't matter what your goal is you will achieve it here.

I've been with SMF for 3 months now and I'm kicking myself for not making the change sooner. Steve and Natasha are fantastic - professional, supportive, encouraging and your biggest cheer leaders. I'm not only seeing results already in terms of weight loss and strength, my my mind set has changed and confidence has grown. I had my free month trial in Nov/Dec and after that signed up as I found the sessions to be the balance between weights and cardio that I'd been looking for but not achieved at traditional gyms. Steve and Natasha are super motivating, keep me on track and provide the encouragement. I "take my body to the gym" and they have made it change 😊💪👍🏻 Good value for money and highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I joined SMF nearly a year ago and it is one of the best things I have done for myself. I had never been one to go to the gym but I love going now. I have more energy, feel more body confident and feel a lot fitter than I have for years. The way I look at fitness and nutrition has changed for the better thanks to their Steve and Natasha’s advice, encouragement and support. I would definitely recommend joining this gym.

I joined Steve Marsden’s gym last October and have never looked back. I joined to lose weight but discovered training is much more than that. Every time I go I learn something new about the correct techniques of an exercise or how to use the equipment properly. I feel guided and appropriately challenged.
