Gyms and public training have always made me anxious, mainly because of my lack of knowledge. Mike not only tailored a plan around my goals for rugby performance but also made sure he educated me every step of the way to build my confidence and enhance my performance including a diet plan. I love going to the gym now and would recommend him to anyone from beginner to high performance!

Training with Mike has been a revelation. I always look forward to our sessions, knowing that I will be pushed hard, keep learning, and have a ball at the same time. He has helped me train around an ongoing injury, whilst increasing my strength and slashing over 10% body fat in just 10 weeks with his comprehensive training program, instruction and diet plan. I’ve been sterne performance for just over a year now . Mike has been fantastic trainer . He is very skilled and loves to motivate. Previously I would not have trained so hard , with his help I have noticed a considerable difference in my body and mentally . His sessions have improved my overall fitness especially on the pitch and his diet plans have got me eatting much cleaner and feeling fresh. I look forward to working with him for years to come .

Mike is a very skilled, sports loving, enthusiastic trainer. There are not enough stars to credit Mike for the continued improvement I have made in my fitness and weight loss since I have been training with him. He ensures that I remain focussed, positive and makes exercising enjoyable.

Mike’s motivation, enthusiasm and dedication to exercise is infectious, along with his continued support, commitment and sense of humour, training is always fun. He gives you the confidence and belief in your own abilities, that allows you to reach your goals and try new regimes. Mike deserves a medal just for convincing me to take up yoga, as I can now see the benefits, when lifting weights.
