Steph is an amazing trainer and very astute at how she motivates me to push myself through a challenging session - she will definitely figure out how you tick and gently nudge you into trying things you thought you weren’t even ready for! On top of that, she has fantastic knowledge of muscle relaxation techniques aimed at relieving chronic neck and back pain. I’m so grateful to have found Steph and I now can’t recommend her highly enough!

I really love exercising with Stephanie. She is very professional and pushes me to do my best but also friendly and guiding at the same time. She explains where the exercises target, how they are beneficial, and tailors for my health condition. She encourages I keep a healthy lifestyle too. She was also very understanding when my schedule changed and accommodated for it. I always look forward to our sessions together and definitely recommend her as a trainer!

Steph is absolutely amazing! She is extremely friendly, bubbly and most of all professional. I would not hesitate in recommending her as a PT.
