There are no formal qualifications required to undertake this course. Although we would recommend that you have completed a Level 2 course before starting a Level 3. To secure your place, please return the completed application form to info@stepintolearning.org.uk. After which, we will send you an assessment to complete online. Following completion of the online assessment, we will either be in touch if we have any questions or we will give you access to the online portal so that you can begin your qualification. You will be allocated a tutor who will be able to support you if you have any questions.
As learners need to show competence in both skills and knowledge, they will need to be employed or working voluntarily on a placement during their programme of study. If you would like a rewarding career working to support learners with additional support needs in a classroom setting then Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning is the qualification for you.
