Step Ahead - Recruitment, Employability & Training

I enjoyed the Personal and Social Development Course and the Employability course. The activities were very unique and allowed me to learn more about myself and how to further improve myself. My tutor Amos was very supportive throughout both courses and the feedback received was very useful for my own development.

I would highly recommended Step Ahead. Fozia was my consultant she understood my requirements, being a working parent and wanting to progress. She got me an interview within 3 days of registering with them. I can’t thank her enough for all the support I have been given in finding work in such a short period of time. Thank you!!

Great course for building your confidence to get back into work. Very informative, clearly communicated, fair pacing. Picked up so many great tips on writing cover letters, updating CVs and interview skills. Would recommend to any one struggling to find work or lacking the confidence to put themselves out there.
