I couldn’t recommend Steffs workshops enough! The sessions are always beautiful and I leave them feeling so much lighter and clearer than when I first arrived. Steff always gives us little tools to help us when we leave the session so that we can continue our healing even after we’ve left. I always look forward to Steffs workshops x

Steff is, quite simply, brilliant! The energy healing she provides is amazing; she is very supportive, non-judgmental and provides a lovely shared, safe space. I've been to several of her sessions now and I always leave feeling invigorated yet calm and peaceful.
