Staysafe Defence

I went on a course recently and my expectations were exceeded! The tutors, Nathan and Alys clearly have wide travel experience and great knowledge of self defence. I particularly liked that they informed us of the legal perspective of self defence, explaining what can and can't be done from a legal perspective. I enrolled on the half-day Self Defence and Breakaway Skills course with the aim of learning some basics and enable me to feel more confident when travelling alone. The course was excellently delivered and had a good mix of classroom style learning and practical demonstrations with the opportunity to practice some of the techniques in a safe environment.
