Female Kung Fu Practitioner will make you feel fitter with a range of exercise programmes for different levels of fitness- (Yi Jing Jing/ Qigong/ BajiQuan/ Meditation) After a few lessons of Yi Jin Jing I started feeling much stronger, fitter and had noticeably better posture.
