As a desk worker with a liking for lifting heavy weights (plus an ACL reconstruction and meniscus removal) I’m a prime candidate for achey and tight muscles. Some days I can’t bend, squat or even walk properly. Beth does her stuff and magically I can actually move. Even better I can lift heavier and more effectively. To me sports massage isn’t just about treatment it’s about prevention and self care. Beth’s hand (and elbows) are a godsend! I’d recommend Beth at Start2Train PT to anyone anytime.
