Really good We rented a boat for a week and we were very pleased with the service from Starline They kept us updated at all points before our cruise date and when it come to the big day they carefully explained everything to us in addition to explaining the features of the route Also the boat tutor was very helpful and took the time to explain the boat features to us Recommended

As a private boater, I rang them to sort outa couple of problems on my boat I couldn’t fix. The office staff super friendly and professional. But big shout out for Rob who went above and beyond to work things out, and fix everything, so friendly and helpful. They are busy, but give them a ring if you need help, can’t rate them high enough.

On the last leg of our long weekend here on the shooting star. Stellar service from Terry and the team. Toby was very friendly and funny on handover. Urich was exceptional at helping us on the boat. The on call was helpful with queries whilst on the boat and passed us on to the relevant team member if needed. Originally planned to do the Droitwich ring but after first night rejigged plans so me and boyfriend could cruise leasurely. Team were very helpful in helping me navigate an alternative....

Amazing experience, first time narrow boating for my 30th birthday, and the staff were friendly and approachable. The boat had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Engine ran beautifully! The area was lovely and we were recommended to go from Stourport to Kinver which we did, instructions for the boat were straight forward and will definitely be back, thanks Starline!!
