Having personal training sessions with Helen is great as she really takes me out of my comfort zone. I jog and take spinnng classes regularly and these sessions work well to compliement that activity and really hone in on the areas I want to tone. The sessions are enjoyable yet challenging with good variety so there’s no time to get bored or frustrated.
