Hugely appreciate the extra mile that every staff member puts in, even if its just saying good morning when you get through the door. Their knowledge and understanding of their profession is flawless. Incredible community and team spirit with fellow gym goers, even though you're on your own personal journey.   • I joined Starks October 2018 after moving to Bristol from the North of England. After spending a few months there, it has far surpassed any expectations. The variety of classes can cater for all people and abilities, the coaches push you to your limits in every session, but the best thing is the community feeling in the gym.   • Fantastic, great mix of classes, my favourites are Squad PT and Strong 101. Personal attention from the coaches throughout any session, always checking your form. This is more than just a gym, but a community, where everyone is friendly and encourages each other to do well. I also love having a chat with people after any session at the amazing fueld cafe.

  • Tommy is totally dedicated to getting the best out of his clients; I have been training with him for a few years and have continued to have personal training sessions with him since he began working at Starks Fitness.
