Friendly club with excellent facilities

Even if you are not into yachting, it's nice to be involved in the club with beautiful views, and a place you can have a picnic even in the holiday season. You almost have the place to yourself.

Reputed to be the oldest yacht club in England it has a large dinghy fleet. Racing several times a week but also training for novices and RYA courses are run. There are moorings for cruisers in the river. A friendly club welcomes visitors and temporary members.
