The first thing to say is that for FREC qualified event medics there aren’t many opportunities for revising the skills learnt on the initial FREC course. The ILS refresher is a one day course and designed to cover updates to ILS procedures and to do a practical ILS scenario. There just isn’t the time to refresh many of the skills learnt over the 5 days of a FREC course. I had my one day immediate life support (ILS) course at this academy (July 19). Martin is an excellent teacher, obviously passionate about what he does. The lectures were very informative with multiple breaks, so one didn't get overwhelmed. Any questions were answered fully and patiently. There was a lot of equipment for practicing what had been learnt. Also, adequate time was scheduled for hands on practice. All in all, it was well worth my time and money. I’ve done a few First aid training course’s and this one was definitely the most informative, engaging and entertaining. I would highly recommend Martin as a great trainer

I have been fortunate enough to not only work along side Martin but to also have Martin train me to frec 3 level. Martin is by far one of the best.
