I've been training with Connor for around two years. He's a highly driven PT who's always well prepared, always full of energy and is a lovely guy to boot. My fitness levels have improved dramatically since using him!

I've been training with Connor for nearly 2 years now and he has been a brilliant PT - my fitness and strength has improved massively, my body shape has completely changed and he's transformed my whole approach to keeping fit. I actually look forward to exercising now! Connor is really knowledgeable and keeps pushing me all the time but the sessions are always good fun and the time passes quickly. Highly recommended

I would definitely recommend Stanbridge Fitness to anyone wanting to achieve fitness, strength or weight loss goals whilst actually enjoying the experience! Before training with Connor I'd tried lots of different group exercise classes but never really made any progress. He encouraged me to push and challenge myself to actually get results. Connor is a first-rate PT. He knows his stuff and gets results!! He’s a really nice guy, puts you at ease, takes the time to get to know you and what you want to achieve, creates varied training plans so you never get into a lull and keep progressing and is great at motivating you to push yourself harder than you ever thought you could! I’ve been training with Connor for about a year and a half and am so much stronger and fitter than before. Highly recommend.

Connor has been my PT for over two years now and I can highly recommend him. Connor knows how to motivate me and he makes each of my training sessions progressively more challenging but also rewarding and fun (yes fun!). I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals and also feel a whole lot better in yourself.
