Just the worst. Minimal contact before the event and then didn't book in staff as discussed. After the event, they admitted it was their fault for booking confusion but have refused to compensate me. After one email to apologise, they are now ghosting me. Classy move. Will not be using again and I urge others not to.

Recently Completed a door supervisor training course ran by Jamie Spiers Highly recommend this to anyone thinking of getting into the security industry. Fantastic tutor, has so much knowledge to share and really breaks things down for you to understand. I went into it abit nervous but by the end of the course I just felt so much more confident. Thankyou to Stambridge for giving me the opportunity to gain such a greater understanding of the security industry.

Absolutely rude ignorant security working at basildon hospital a&e today. They ignore a loud woman swearing and shouting and then pick on an innocent man when he tells her to shut up. Then they ask me to vacate my seat for a patient. When told I had been here 6 and a half hours he says I can sit outside if I want. Current temperature is10°C. If I could give zero stars this would still be too many. He must have heard I would complain to the company because he is now walking round covering his...
