I went to Stacey for a set of 1:1 breathwork & yoga therapy sessions and trusted her immediately. She took the time to fully understand my needs and paced the sessions accordingly. I'm so pleased I found someone as experienced as Stacey and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a warm & knowledgeable yoga therapist.

Having attended and loved Stacey's yoga sessions I had the opportunity to work with Stacey to support my breathing techniques. It was the best decision I am ever made! As an asthmatic I have had ongoing problems with my breath for many years. Working with Stacey allowed myself to understand my breath and develop techniques to support my breathing. I have never felt better. I cannot thank Stacey enough for the support and knowledge she has given me.

Yesterday evening I attended Stacey's The Art of Breathing and I-Rest session. It was wonderfully relaxing and Stacey very calmly explained and demonstrated a number of powerful breathing techniques. Stacey is incredibly knowledgeable and shared the benefits of each technique so that each person could find which would work best for them. It was wonderfully calming and I will practice the techniques used in my day to day life. Thank you so much Stacey. I would highly recommend these sessions.

I’ve been doing yoga with Stacey for a few years now and every session is just wonderful. I’ve benefitted in so many ways, physically my chore strength has improved and I’m more aware of my posture. Emotionally Stacey caters for everyone’s personal needs and creates a safe space for each student. Breath work is the core of Stacey’s practise and she demonstrate how one can incorporate breath and mindfulness in everyday life. I moved to Stacey's Wednesday evening class after my previous class discontinued. I have also attended 1:1 sessions. Stacey is welcoming and takes time to get to know her students, confidentially taking into account medical issues. She has an amazing ability in group classes to take into account everyone's needs. I have attended a number of workshops on breath work, nutrition and mindfulness, all have been fantastic. A hugely talented teacher who has a real love and passion for her work.
