Kim is one of the most amazing fitness professionals we know. My husband and I go weekly to Kim’s classes and we love every aspect of them and are keeping fit whilst having fun!

I really love Squat2fit sessions (group and personal training). They are fantastic! Kim keeps you motivated and encourages to challenge yourself. She is very professional, dedicated and kind. I have been part of Squat2fit since 2019. We work hard and have fun! Thanks Squat2fit

I have been in the SquatFit class for many years, and I consider it is the best class to keep myself mentally and physically in good condition. Kim Valente,the person who runs this club, is a professional in her field who understands the necessities of each member and transfers her knowledge and enthusiasm through a variety of exercises in a safe and friendly environment. I recommend her class to any one who wants to improve the health in general.

Joining Squat2Fit has been the best thing I have done in 2022. I have gone from feeling sluggish and tired to having a spring in my step - and made some great friends along the way. Kim is inspirational, always smiling fun and encouraging. She is very knowledgeable and always brings music and energy to the session.
