Really was a very well prepared and very well ran course

The first aid course was brilliant, fun and informative. Charlotte was fantastic and got everyone involved. The best one I have done! I had trouble with setting up an account afterwards to do the online learning and Rachel was a great help getting it sorted for me quickly!

My staff and I found the first day training very good. Due to Covid restrictions the second part had to be completed on line. We all found this tedious and repetitive especially the video, the questions and multi choice answers quite difficult to choose. Would much prefer the 2 days training face to face!

Very informative and well delivered course. The instructors were very helpful, knew what they were talking about and easily answered any questions. The training room is well equipped, light & bright and neither too hot or cold which helped you feel comfortable during the training sessions.
