I have had problems with my lower back for many years. At times of acute pain, I have had some massage sessions with Kat, which helped enormously. In January 2023, during the last flare up, Kat suggested that a series of strength & conditioning sessions could help prevent future difficulties. Thankfully I haven't had to use the physiotherapy services of Kat and team that often but when I have they have been fantastic. Both the gym space and the equipment are fantastic. They are constantly working on improving the already excellent facilities, it's obvious they invest a lot of time, effort, and money back into the business. I started coming to see Kat on a monthly basis for my back. As a nail tech I have issues with my shoulder blade and neck, Kat sorts me out every time meaning I’m able to preform my job pain free! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
