I rejoined SKE in june after initially joining last october. I joined with a keen interest in martial arts and had tried a few kickboxing classes before trying karate. I am currently enrolled in the adults novice class and gravity yoga. I found the adults novice class very informative and caters to all fitness levels. As a martial arts professional instructor for many years I was really impressed with the quality of the students at this dojo. The movement and kicking skills are incredible. I judge this from the videos on the site and though one is bound to choose one's best students, the skills displayed over all the grades tells the real success story here. Simply brilliant.
