I have worked for Specialized Security for over 15 years and can honestly say that they are the best in the business for event safety and the whole team is a massive family. Started as as a steward and worked my way up to doing operations manager at a number of events over the last few years. Brilliant company

Company ok wage rate could be better stands at £10.50 per hour sia paid mthly festivals they do up n down UK mostly camping and vouchers for lunch n dinner staff willing to help overall cheap cheerful it is what is could be better pay rate

Missing compound this year and all the fun of gigs canny wait to be back next year

Worst company around can't even pay their staff on time, would advise people not to work for them, refuse to answer calls to people that have worked for their money & have a family to feed

What a shambles this company are, when phoning to enquire about problems you can never get to speak to the right person, you are fobbed of, asked to phone back in a few days, and then deny they know what you are going on about, phoned yesterday and they said I will be paid for work done, well feck me guess what, no payment into my account come Monday morning I'll be making my way to their office and we will be getting it sorted out
