I had booked about 6 lessons with Emma for my goldendoodle puppy Murphy. Emma has been so friendly and very professional. She has had so much patience with Murphy and myself !! Emma follows up the training session with emails of what we covered in the lesson. Very knowledgeable and always on hand if needed. Emma is one of the most experienced, approachable and enthusiastic trainers I have ever ever used. Her approach is totally reward based training. We took our lab Loki to her for puppy class, then decided to continue with bronze and silver training and will also be doing the gold class.
