I had severe eyeball phobia and was due for catteract surgery. Went to see Carole and felt better after one session and confident after two and sailed through surgery. Would never have believed 57 Yr phobia could be addressed so successfully. Now seeing her for confidence and anxiety and really believe I shall overcome. I had 2 sessions of BWRT a few months back as I was a nervous driver and was going to be driving from Southend to Thetford. Carole really helped to calm me down and talk me through my worries.
