Would definitely recommend Tim, not matter what your fitness goal is, he helped me go from 110kg to what I am now 90kg whilst still building muscle, very knowledgeable and understanding for all needs fitness wise!

I am a 16-year-old boy who wants to be a bodybuilder. I started going to the gym and training weights. My Parents were a bit concerned that I might injure myself lifting heavy weights so sent me to Tim to point me in the right direction. Tim has shown me everything I need to know about lifting weights and giving me a training plan suited to me. Since seeing Tim I have started the body transformation that I was after in a safe manner.

Excellent trainer, never thought how wrong I was training until I had my sessions with Tim. Not only did he teach me how to train with out hurting myself. But what times to eat and what to eat. There is parking and toilet and the gym has all you need. Will be having many more sessions.

I hadn't exercised in a long time and had developed some anxiety around going to the gym. Tim took into consideration everything I told him and used this to create a routine that suited me and my busy life style. He has been so helpful and I have felt my confidence come back and am now more focused than ever.

My (16 year old) son and I had a weight training consultation. We both had different goals - me a middle aged man who although went to the gym didn't really know what I was doing, and my son who was new to it all. We found Tim's Gym really easily and the parking was a dream. He has a large driveway.
