I've been training at the South Wimbledon dojo for over a year and have really enjoyed my experience there. There is a very welcoming atmosphere in the class, and the lessons are very active and engaging. When I first joined this dojo, I had no prior experience of martial arts training so I found the structure and general support very helpful. The Dojo is very welcoming to beginners for all ages. It is a great place to come along with your family and friends. Sensei Paul is a very warm and attentive instructor and teaches authentic Japanese budo technique and spirit. My family and I are very happy to come every week to learn Shorinji Kempo.

I tried Shorinji Kempo in South Wimbledon not knowing anything about it. The same evening I decided to joined the club. It is a great way to keep fit, learn new skills, meet new people, gain confidence with self defence techniques. The teachers are very knowledgeable, helpful and inspiring, the atmosphere -friendly and welcoming. I wish I discovered it earlier!

I've been going to another dojo for a while before coming here, and I love shorinji kempo so I decided to come train at this dojo in addition to the one nearby. I was nervous at first going to a new place on the other side of London, but I felt at home and like a part of the group in no time. The instructor and the students are both helpful and caring people which makes it a good learning environment. If you're wondering about trying a new martial art, or trying out this specific dojo, you s...
