So I'd say I've been doing my personal training with TC for a couple of months now and I've never felt more comfortable to be exercising in my life! Prior to the personal training I had basically never done any regular exercising whatsoever so naturally I was very nervous to see how I would cope with the routine I was going to do. But TC gave me a couple of trial sessions to gauge what I could and couldn't do and it made me feel much much better going forward! Would 100% recommend for anyone ...

My 19 year old son has had a very difficult time with depression and anxiety and as a result has become extremely overweight. I wanted so much to help him and needed a personal trainer who could motivate my son mentally as well as help him physically. I explained this to TC and immediately got a good “vibe” . Our joint sessions with TC were always good fun and incredibly rewarding. He's so knowledgable and explains every exercise with such ease. If you are looking for a personal trainer, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! Thank you TC!

I've been training with TC for a couple of months now and I'm so impressed. He's extremely personable and makes every session enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as planking and doing burpees can be!) TC is very professional, he explains things clearly and the sessions are varied and challenging. I look forward to training with him each week, and I can see the results already!

TC has a supportive empathetic coaching style. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to translate this in a manner that suits my training journey and personal passion for fitness. His ability to simplify complex movements and exercises so they get the best results is a great skill. I have enjoyed training with him over the past few years and long may it continue!
