Julie went out off her way to get my assessment done. I had trouble with DVLA people but Julie sorted it out for me so I could have my assessment earlier due to cancelled appointment. Dean and Rita was very good to me and made it very Relaxing assessment. They all went out of there way to get a pass from them. Thank you very much for your help, you all should get 5stars.

Made me feel at ease through the whole experience. Dean and Rita were absolutely amazing. They knew I didn't want to be there and was very nervous. They talked me through exactly what was going to happen and did not push. Thank you both for making this an easy and smooth experience for me.

Dean was welcoming and friendly on arrival. Both Rita and Dean made me feel at ease immediately. They were helpful and able to reply to any questions. Dean was an excellent instructor and Rita gave excellent advise, support and reassurance.
