Ordered a food delivery online for Sunday Lunch. Food quality seemed good but the food was cold. Most of it couldn't be eaten. This place does food which my friend orders from through the week (claims its lovely) but when me and my kids tried it once for sunday dinner and once for breakfast both times it was horrible, i dont know if the chef changes on a weekend or what but never again and after reading the reviews on justeat for myself it looks like the cooks just accuse anyone who says anything bad of wanting a refund. Hadn't played at Southmoor for about 7 or 8 years but had positive memories and was looking forward to a return visit. Four of us played and none of us were disappointed. The course was in excellent condition and we all had a very enjoyable round of golf. The course provides a good challenge and each hole has sufficient variation to keep you on your toes. Really good course, loved it. One of my best rounds too

I do like this course - I'm not a member but visit a few times a year. Generally easy to get a tee time. Greens are good and not too fast (but the slopes are tricky) - fairways run fast, well maintained rough. Only negative is that you must use a mat on the fairway in the winter.
