Jack has been an excellent partner in my fitness journey for the last 5 months. Having never stepped foot in a gym before I was nervous to get started, but from the get-go all of our sessions were friendly, manageable, and (most importantly) it felt like I was immediately making progress! I also travel a fair bit so it’s great to work with someone who is willing to be flexible with session times!

I started with Jack a few months ago, and I'm really enjoying working with him. I like that he really thinks about the work outs and completely tailors them to strengthening areas that need work. He is very patient when I can't get the hang of simple exercises (!!) and has a kind and gentle approach. I came to him after having a child, he was encouraging from the start, and has made a massive difference to my fitness levels. Would highly recommend.

I have been training with Jack for 4 months now and can highly recommend him whether you’re working out for the first time, getting back into it after a break, or wanting to take your training to the next level. Jack is great at meeting you where you are and pushing you just the right amount (enough to make serious progress but not “too much too soon” so that the sessions are still something to look forward to!) He’s also super professional and a genuinely nice guy!

I would highly recommend Jack to anyone. It has been such a great first experience with personal training. Jack has been amazing in getting me stronger, fitter and in shape to the lead up of my wedding. Jack has the perfect set up with all the equipment needed to make every session challenging and interesting. I have loved every minute, thanks Jack!

Jack is a great PT, really supportive, helpful and my health and strength has improved under his training since I started with him 4 months ago. He ensures our weekly sessions are tailored to me, and also provides sensible nutrition and health advice via email without being the insane "eat only what I tell you, paid for at a premium" that other trainers seem to go for! A structured and friendly personal trainer, I highly recommend Jack!
