Great mixture of training in a casual, friendly environment, learning practical Krav skills with a good level of fitness. There is no syllabus or hierarchy, just everyone learning a variety of skills together in a controlled environment. Paul is also a great instructor, very experienced and all about encouragement and support. Thoroughly recommend this class to build up general fitness, learn practical, real world Krav Maga self-defence techniques with a great bunch of people of all ages.

I have been going to Worthing BKMA since January and have noticed my steady improvement, both in strength and technique. I love it and cant get enough of it! It is good for a small girl as you get to practice with a range of different often stronger people, it is about speed technique and ...

Authentic Krav Maga with fitness and some bonus added striking thrown in. Paul is a great teacher who caters for all levels in a friendly professional manner. I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to get their fitness up, learn effective and realistic self defense, or make new friends whilst doing something constructive.

I've been with the club since August 2015 and really enjoy it. Krav is arguably the most useful martial discipline in terms of real world self defence, and is great from a general fitness point of view too. There's a nice friendly atmosphere, no one with something to prove and no ego issues. Paul is a very down to earth, friendly bloke who clearly knows his stuff. There's a good mix of fitness, drills, sparing, and self defence every week, with the opportunity to re-visit previous moves to he...
