I could not rate South coast fitness highly enough. I Have been a member since September and every session has been amazing and includes new exercises and ideas every week. The guys are amazing at what they do and always give the best support. I felt like a member of the South coast family the first moment I stepped through the doors 🫶🏻

i started the small group sessions about 8 weeks ago and absolutely love them. Lee and Dean provide extensive knowledge on all the equipment and deliver a good variety of workouts every week. I was always someone who had gym anxiety and SCF has helped get me over that hurdle! . Highly recommend . Thanks guys

South Coast Fitness is a fantastic place to meet likeminded people and to get fitter and healthier. The place is very welcome for all and training is adjusted based on each person’s level of ability which is great. Since attending for the last few months i feel so much stronger. Coaches Lee and Dean are extremely knowledgeable and they keep and eye on your technique and how you move with each exercise and encourage you to keep challenging yourself, or offer alternatives if needed.
