I've been doing Sophie's classes for about 8 weeks now and can honestly say they are the most relaxing and rejuvenating classes I've ever done (and I've done quite a few classes - including Asia too). The combination of mindfulness and then yoga into meditation is a very fluid and relaxing experience. I would recommend her classes to anyone who's even slightly considering yoga as a hobby or workout. đđź
If you want to get fit in both your body and mind, I highly recommend Sophie's class. Each class is different and you can feel the benefits after only a few weeks. It is a great way to recharge your energy for the week ahead and helps with tension, aches and pains and general well being. The meditation session at the end is the perfect way to end the class. Give it a go!
