The professionalism and service experienced at Soma Fitness are top-notch. There is not a one size fits all program, everything is personalised and tailored to your needs and desires. Fantastic trainer (Sam) who has made a huge difference for me. Very different from other ‘general’ fitness PTs; with loads of knowledge about biomechanics, physiology etc Cannot recommend enough

As a father son duo we have really enjoyed using Stelios over the past 4 years! We have both benefited from his very personal approach to our training programmes (no mean feat considering a 30 year age gap!) and he has always created a fun and comfortable environment for us to work out in.
