I suffer from fibryo , osteo arthritis, osteopenia and have had rota cuff surgery. I have had a few sessions with Jo with a combination of hydrotherapy and massage it has greatly helped with my issues Jo knows exactly how much of pressure to use she is really amazing and for the 1 st time in many weeks I have had good sleep after these sessions

Had a wonderful experience in a hydrotherapy hot tub highly recommend. I was given a complimentary drink while in the hot tub to keep me hydrated as I got quite hot.I was made to feel very comfortable and my dignity was kept Jo is very attentive I was reassured and felt very relaxed.Once I got out the hot tub I was shown the gazebo with lovely comfy seating where I was able to sit in my robe which Jo supplies with a drink to chill out.Jo has a great sense of humour makes you feel very wel...

Jo is amazing. Her ability to know exactly what to do and how really helps my mum to feel understood and therefore at ease. Jo is truly kind with her time and observations and offers lots of good hints and tips to help with my mums treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo not only for her treatments and skills but her kind and patient nature are priceless.

I booked a 90 minute all over massage with Jo, having been recommended by a friend - I was not disappointed. It was easy to find, I parked in front of the house as promised, the dogs, which are lovely, could not get to me (although I was able to fuss them over their half door). The treatment room is lovely and was ready and waiting when I arrived (a few minutes early). Jo is lovely, very professional and caring, but friendly as well, making sure I was at easy, answering the obvious questions ...

I recently visited Jo for the first time for a therapeutic back massage. Jo ensured I felt completely at ease and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. She took time to understand my job and lifestyle to best cater for my needs. I felt completely relaxed throughout the entire process and can't wait to go back again! I would highly recommend Jo.
