I enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing sound bath yesterday in the tranquil setting in East Devon and facilitated by Bex and Ollie of Sol Energies. What a transformative experience and unlike any sounds bath I have experienced before. They really are the top of the game in their field. So many different and beautiful instruments used to bring calm, relaxation and peace to your body. They deliver such a unique session and I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
