I have been training with Holly for 18 months and have no plans to stop. I had never set foot in a gym until my first PT session. Lacked so much confidence in myself and my abilities and just had no motivation at all. I didn't like my post baby body - my stomach stuck out and my back always ached. I always enjoy my sessions with holly! She is calm and professional and adjusts her excercises to suit my needs as I have some joint pain sometimes, my core strength has improved greatly and overall I feel much fitter and stronger. Holly has lots of nutritional and fitness knowledge and is a pleasure to be training with!
