Cancelled a taster session for 4 year olds, on the day, at 10am when the session was for 10.15am. My son turned up and was incredibly disappointed. No reason explained but apparently double booked the venue. Won't use again.

My daughters first time at Soccerstars over the Summer and she loved it. It’s really boosted her confidence and the coaches were fantastic. She will definitely be back in October.

Good customer service, resolved our concerns really well.

Poor tuition, had to report issues with staff to their head office. Company also refused to issue a refund for outstanding lessons, I was issued a voucher however my child is no longer eligible for lessons due to his age and they still won’t refund my money. Be careful when booking, they won’t give you your money back.

All the staff are very polite and professional. Been a real good experience and can’t thank the staff enough.
