Ryan offered to train me few months ago, we had an initial consultation where I felt listened to and within a few days the diet plan was drafted as well as the training plan. SoCal is an excellent private gym in Ardwick - I usually have the gym to myself or there may be one other client in there training at a time, so it feels very personal and spacious. I’ve been working out at SoCal gym with Ryan for around 10 weeks now, and I’m super surprised and satisfied with the results. I’ve been going to soCal for almost just over 2 months, I have to say I feel stronger , more confident in my ability to go heavier with weights. Ryan is an awesome PT always helping me to improve my form . I never thought I could squat 100kg in such little time and I only weigh 62kg. I use to dread going to the gym but going to socal I always want to be there. Ryan’s not the sort of guy to lie to you he will say it how it is, which I like 👍

I have been working out with Ryan for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier about the results! He is super easy-going and will help you with nutrition plan as well. I managed to lose fat while building a lot of muscle, so now I am very close to having the body I wanted.
