I have done Step 1 Intro and now joing Step 2 Challenge and have found it to be excellent in all respects . I have had so much benefit from Sam's classes . She is a great teacher, making it fun as well as ensuring that we do things right . I feel that I have had a very complete workout at the end a class which is extremely beneficial to my general core strength and well being . Sam are definitely the best Pilates teacher.

Great location, great instructor, highly recommended! I've been going to Sam's Dynamic Pilates classes for a number of months now and have found it has greatly helped my posture, flexibility and my core strength. These improvements have also had the unexpected but very welcome knock on benefit of becoming far more efficient with the vacuuming which has improved my home life no end!

I have been doing Dynamic Pilates with Sam since she opened and love both the classes and the studio atmosphere. I have always exercised but these classes have made a huge difference to my strength and muscle tone. It has improved not only my shape but also benefited my posture and form in other classes I do. Love it and would recommend to everyone whether new to exercise or to complement existing routines

I started at Soba using an offer to try reformer pilates .I was a little nervous to try something completely new .Sam the owner /trainer is so welcoming I felt comfortable straight away. The location is beautiful, the studio is really clean bright and funky . The classes are amazing, challenging, hard work and effective. She really can transform your fitness and flexibility but you have to make a real effort, no slacking or hiding from Sam . Absolutely love Soba Pilates .

The classes are amazing! Always leave feeling energised and strong! The facilities are super clean and due to the class numbers being limited you feel as though you can truly workout in a safe environment. Sam really knows her stuff! Being pregnant and still able to continue with the classes has been great, having some exercises adjusted for my situation has allowed me to continue keep my fitness up. Cannot recommend SoBa more!
