Did a 12 week programme with Sean, really helped boost my confidence in the gym and made me realise how important form is when lifting and also how important nutrition is. Had a good laugh every session whilst being pushed to get every rep in. Couldn’t recommend Sean enough as a trainer / coach!

Sean is an awesome PT, he is encouraging and supportive. Not only am I feeling stronger, I’ve grown in confidence. I would highly recommend to all abilities as Sean’s knowledge and experience is incredible.

Excellent personal trainer. Sean really does tailor your programme so that it is suitable to you. Sean spends a lot of time to learn about you - your strengths and weaknesses and what you want from a PT. Great sessions and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Sean has been brilliant from day one , I was nervous about starting PT sessions , but he made me feel super comfortable and relaxed about being out of my comfort zone. The first thing we discussed was eating habits and a clear lack of water in my life! He was very detailed about what we should work towards and ensured that everything he suggested was right in my head too. I have been a member at the Langrove gym for several years and have recently seen people having 1:1 tuition with Sean.
